Director Xu Kemin said that in the next step, the ministry of industry and information technology will actively adopt the suggestions of representative Wang Liping to cultivate and strengthen the single champion enterprises in manufacturing industry from four aspects. First, we should further strengthen the top-level design, formulate and issue opinions on cultivating high-quality enterprises and promoting the high-quality development of industrial economy, support the single champion enterprises to enhance their innovation and development ability, and encourage them to participate in the national major technological research and special science and technology plans. Second, deepen the coordinated development of the industrial chain and create a stable and controllable independent industrial chain. Third, increase financial and tax support, encourage local governments to set up special funds to support the development of single champion enterprises, and support single champion enterprises to speed up their listing.
